Delivery and Returns
- Free standard delivery - orders will be dispatched and delivered within 2 to 4 days from the day the order has been placed
- Next Day Delivery - £4.00 charge (For next day delivery orders must be placed before 1pm on the day, orders after 1pm will be delivered the following day)
- GymPro+ unlimited free next day delivery for 12 months. (orders must be placed before 1pm on the day, orders after 1pm will be delivered the following day)
- Any orders placed on a Friday after 1pm will be dispatched Monday and delivered on Tuesday
- A signature is required for all deliveries. If you authourise the courier to leave your parcel without a signature and you cannot locate it, GymPro cannot be held accountable if the delivery goes missing and you will need to process a claim via your bank
- If you are not present to accept your delivery the courier will attempt to leave the parcel with a neighbour signed for by the neighbour, the courier will leave a calling card with details of where the parcel has been left
- If you are not present to accept you delivery and their is no neighbour present to accept the delivery, the courier will leave a calling card with instructions what to do next
- International Delivery: 7-14 Working Days - £10.00
- European Delivery: 7-14 Working Days - £10.00
- Orders over £100.00 qualify for free delivery.
Additional Delivery Information
- *Bank Holidays & Public Holidays not included as delivery days.
- *Delivery to Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scilly Islands and the Scottish Highlands may take up to two working days.
- *Does not include Saturday delivery.
Our Returns Policy
We understand that from time to time you will want to return an item. Check out our returns policy and see if you are eligible for an exchange/refund:
- Email email@example.com and notify us that you wish to return or exchange your item (we will then email you a free returns label and the returns form)
- Item must be returned within 30 days from the day you receive your order.
- Item must be sent back with a returns form including your order information. Without the returns form, we cannot always correctly identify the customer and may not be able to fulfil your return request.
- Item must be unworn & unwashed (no distinct odours, blemishes, signs of wear etc...).
- We cannot accept underwear or socks due to hygiene reasons, they will be returned back to you in the condition they were received in.
- Items covered in animal/human hair will not be accepted.
- If you've asked for an item which is more expensive than your return, we will contact you upon receiving the return to process the additional payment.
All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken and if the item you have returned breaches any of the terms outlined in this policy, GymPro Apparel reserves the right to return the item back to you in the condition it was received in. Once we've received your return and it has been processed, our returns team will be in touch via email to confirm the action taken.
Our Refund Policy
A typical refund will take up to 21 days, that’s 14 days you returning and us processing it, with up to 7 days for it to make its way through the banking system.
Once received by our team, you will receive an email when this has happened, from this it can take up to 7 days to show on your bank statement, this is dependent on your banks processing time.
The refund will go back through the payment method you used when placing your order, once our team has processed the refund you'll get an email confirming it’s on its way.
If you've waited more than 14 days from the day you returned your item and have received no email from us then please get in touch by going to the ''GET IN TOUCH'' tab on this page.
How to return or exchange your item (In and Outside of the UK)
- email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and notify us that you wish to make a return or exchange (we will then email you a returns label and form)
- 1. Fill out all of the required details on the reverse side of the returns form, ensuring you've selected the reason you are returning the item.
- Package up the item(s) you are returning, cut out the address label on the reverse side of the returns form and stick it securely to the package.
- Take the parcel to your local post office and send the parcel back by a method of your choice, we'd recommend a tracked service.
