RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Items are eligible for returns within 30 days of receiving your order. However, this will be extended for the holiday season. Orders placed between now and December 31st can be returned until January 31st.
FREE RETURNS POLICY ON UK ORDERS ONLY
Read the terms and then click the link to process your return. Follow the steps to return your item. You will then receive a free returns label to download, attach the label to your parcel and then drop the parcel to your nearest drop off centre.
UK returns are FREE excluding Guernsey and Jersey
Items must be returned within 30 days from the day you receive your order.
Products must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached and in original packaging (no distinct odours, blemishes, signs of wear etc...)
- Items must be returned in a re-sellable condition, the items must be in their original packaging and the packaging must be undamaged
Items covered in animal/human hair will not be accepted.
If you want to exchange your item for an item which is more expensive than your return, we will contact you upon receiving the return to process the additional payment.
We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We have the right to cancel, refuse, reject orders and returns/refunds if deemed fraudulent or disingenuous. Orders of multiple sizing and styles for the use of sampling, photoshoots etc cannot be accepted under any circumstances.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
